Who can attend
the SMB Connect?
This event is invite only and exclusively for Novo and Partners' customers, employees and small businesses. We regret that we cannot accept external applicants at this time.
How do I know if my RSVP is confirmed?
If you have successfully submitted your registration you will see a confirmation message and receive an email from us. Please assume your registration has not gone through if you do not get one of these.
Can I transfer my invitation to someone?
We do not allow third party invitation transfers. If you’re unable to attend, we kindly request that you let us know at community@novo.co.
Do I need to bring I.D.?
Yes, please bring a government-issued I.D. and make sure to register with your correct name to ensure a seamless entry experience.
Where's WeWork located?
Arrive at 78 SW 7th St, Miami, FL 33130. Upon entering the main WeWork entrance please take the elevators up to the 5th floor. You can also enter through Brickell City Centre by Saks Fifth Avenue. On the 2nd floor looking at Saks proceed to the elevator hallway on the right and go to the 5th floor.
Do you provide parking?
All Brickell City Centre garages will be open. 50% validation is valid for 0-4 hours of parking. Validation is available at the White Concierge Desk (in Brickell City Centre) on Level 2 when proof of purchase is provided.
How do I check-in?
Upon arrival to the 5th floor, proceed to the front desk. You can check in using a government ID or your WeWork card.
